"It was such a pleasure working with Timothy of forma architecture. My partner and I have been singing his praises since our project with him to renovate our Southern California home.
We wanted our home to be harmonious with the oak trees on site and foothills neighborhood while being high performance. Timothy was the perfect architect for our renovation because of his familiarity with Passivhaus, background in carpentry (we love natural materials), and clear devotion to thoughtful architecture. But he definitely exceeded our expectations. He's a great listener, he asks the right questions, and he made us feel supported. We felt like he was in our corner in this whole process.
Then on top of that, his designs were excellent. He performed various studies considering things like sunlight and air flow through the home and made changes accordingly with clear communication throughout. The result was a high performance home that would be beautiful and comfortable in all seasons. Timothy has seriously set the bar high for any future projects!"

"Tim is a very approachable man who was very helpful in our planning application to the Council. He was always available when I needed to contact him. He took on board every issue raised, nothing was too much trouble. I would certainly use him again if the need arose."

"We approached forma as owners of a north-facing barn in a Scottish glen, with a view to turn it into a holiday home. The designs arrived on time and were in exceptionally good order. Our builder had no need to check a single detail. At the end of the project, we were left with a spacious, bright, warm, stunning home. The environmental assessor said it was one of the best insulated homes he’d ever encountered and every last person that visits gives us complements. Tim was quick to respond, open to ideas and input, and extremely good value. We’re forever thankful and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again."

"I asked forma to prepare drawings showing the addition of a first floor to an existing bungalow. They did this while communicating all of the different options possible and then prepared extra drawings showing the options. On narrowing the choices down forma prepared 3D drawings until we arrived at a happy decision."

"forma was exceptional. Really thoughtful, considered designs and great attention to detail. Responsive and enthusiastic throughout. forma seems to have ascended since our contract finished and to be honest, I wouldn't assume to get such a bargain again."

"I had the pleasure of working with forma on several residential projects across the UK, and I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional quality of their 3D layouts. Their ability to bring architectural concepts to life with remarkable precision and detail is excellent. Each 3D model they created not only captured the aesthetic vision but also ensured functional practicality. Moreover, Timothy demonstrated excellent responsiveness to feedback, seamlessly integrating my suggestions into the final designs. I highly recommend forma for any architectural project requiring top-tier 3D modelling expertise."

"forma provided a professional end-to-end architectural service, with routine, friendly and helpful guidance, they designed a beautiful, sustainable extension and redevelopment of our property. From capturing our requirements, to concept design (optioneering), production of preliminary design drawings, writing the design and access statement, planning permission submission and approval, and finally issuing detailed design (construction ready) drawings, we've been very impressed with the timely and quality production of work, and felt supported throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend forma for any architectural work you are considering."

"Forma was extremely professional and efficient and their creativity and ability were very obvious in the high-quality output they provided. We'd asked forma to provide concepts for a barn re-design in Scotland. It's a tricky job with limited space and light. The concepts they produced were excellent and I will be working with them again on further stages of the same project."
