forma architecture respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what your rights are.

What we collect
We collect the information you give us through the contact form, by email or during a project: your name, contact details, property address and project information. We only collect what we need to respond to your enquiry and deliver our services.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We only share it where it is needed to deliver the service or where we are legally required to. This may include surveyors, structural engineers and other consultants you or we engage for your project, planning authorities and the planning portal, and the providers of the tools we use for email, file storage and video calls. Some of these providers may store data outside the UK or the European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for 12 months. Project records, including drawings, are kept for 6–12 years after completion for legal and insurance purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless we need to keep it for those purposes.
Security
We store your information using appropriate technical and practical measures, including [e.g. password-protected and encrypted storage].
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email us at the address above. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
